Good evening you lovely lot! I recently posted on my Instagram that I have been testing out a new product from Dermalogica, which is the new Sound Sleep Cocoon and I am literally so obsessed right now. I was kindly sent over this product to try along with “Drum roll please” the audiobook Penguins “Sleep Tales”. This is honestly the perfect combination for bed time.

First things first, let’s talk about this incredible new product:

Sound Sleep Cocoon

My skincare routine at night is probably my most favourite thing to do. I just love getting home, taking off all my makeup and preparing for my skincare routine. I find it so therapeutic and if you want to invest in any piece of skincare right now, I can highly recommend this little gem. After I have taken off all my make up, cleansed and toned it’s time to apply the Sound Sleep Cocoon. The main purpose of this product is that it works through the night and has active ingredients that hydrate, brighten and revitalize your skin.

It’s a gel cream that includes essential oils to promote a restful sleep and healthier, glowing skin in the morning. Priced at £72.50, I understand that some might think it’s a bit pricey but like all my products, you only need a small amount and it will last you a long time. It’s such an investment and I can sing its praises enough.

I sometimes struggle to drift off to sleep, so I have been listening to the “Sleep Tales” audiobook lately. It’s so soothing and relaxing that I fall asleep not long after putting it on. If you do struggle with sleep or are just trying to relax in general, then why don’t you give this shot. Finish your skincare routine, go to sleep half an hour early and pop the Sleep Tales on your phone, relax and enjoy.
