Clarins Beauty Bar Experience

I was over the moon when I opened my emails to find an invitation from Alice at  Clarins, inviting me to a experience a 30 minute turbo facial at their Beauty Bar which is located in John Lewis, Victoria Gate. I haven’t had a facial in years so I knew I owed my skin this luxury treatment. With that in mind I didn’t hesitate at all and emailed Alice straight back to see when I could book my appointment.

One week later, I was heading down to John Lewis and was greeted by a friendly and happy Alice at the Clarins counter. Alice took me round the corner to where the beauty bar was and it was like a secret beauty paradise filled with Clarins products. To be honest I didn’t even know they did facials (you learn something new everyday). I am very much out of the loop when it comes to facials so I didn’t really know what to expect.

Living in a big city, I suffer with de-hydrated skin which Alice picked up on straight away, so I knew I was in safe hands. The facial was incredible and I even had a mini shoulder massage which was much needed. In that moment I could have fallen asleep. If you are thinking that you would prefer to go to a salon than have a facial in a department store then I totally get that, however the beauty bar is so secluded and private that you don’t need to worry about passers by.

If you are short on time then these 30 minute express treatments are the way forward. If you are not based in Leeds, then don’t worry as they also have Beauty Bars located in John Lewis Oxford Street, Liverpool and Bluewater.

Go on, treat yourself or treat a loved one. With Christmas round the corner, a gift voucher would make a perfect gift!

Huge thank you to Alice and Clarins for an amazing facial and some great goodies.

Thanks everyone,

Victoria xxx
