Welcome To My Hat Obsession

If you have been following me for a while, you will know that I have a hat obsession. If you’re new here, then first of all, welcome and I hope you enjoy this post. You only need to scroll down my Instagram feed to see my top 3 hats continuously making an appearance, so I thought I would put them all in a post and share why I love hats so much.

It’s all about sustainable fashion now and showing that you can wear one item multiple ways instead of purchasing an item of clothing that you only intend on wearing once. That’s not the way forward anymore guys and that’s why I’m not going to stop showing off my beautiful collection of hats.

The bucket hat is starting to make its way back to fashion this year, however, this isn’t the type of hat that is on my radar no-no, think more Texas style trilby/cowgirl, yeeehaa that’s more my vibe any day of the week.

Levis

Gaston Luga

I came across this little beauty a few years ago in the Levi’s store and it was on sale for the bargain price of £10.00. I know right? In Levis? Yep, true steal! This burgundy hat has made multiple appearances on my feed and even though I have owned this hat for a few years now, it’s still in great condition. You can team this up with multiple outfits, casual, dressy, for an event, for the beach. It’s so versatile and is definitely one of my favourites, hence it’s a big part of my hat obsession.

Rip Curl

Rip Curl

A few years ago, I picked up this blue Rip Curl hat at the airport in Sydney and I haven’t been able to put it down since (not literally obvs). I do tend to wear it the most between Spring and Summer, as once again it’s super versatile. Put it together with a dress, jeans, shorts etc…. and you’re winning.

Asos

Asos

This is my latest little beauty that I purchased from ASOS for around £20.00 and it’s a firm favourite already. I had been on the hunt for black cowboy style hat for some time and I couldn’t find the right one. Whilst I was searching online, I came across this one from ASOS and I knew I had to buy it. This is more of a Winter heading into Spring look but it’s definitely a hat that you can wear all year around too. I love it!
