A few months ago, I was invited down to the Isle of Wonder store in Harrogate to attend the Love Letters jewellery collection by the very talented Esme Louise. As soon as I entered the store, I was blown away with the variety of styles that were on offer and this doesn’t happen often but I loved every single piece. I could have bought everything in store but I had a wedding coming up and my bank balance sadly wouldn’t allow me to.
It’s only lately that I have fallen in love with accessories and layering jewellery pieces is one of my favourite things to do. I have even started to appreciate gold, as I’m normally a silver girl at heart so rest assured that you will be seeing some more gold pieces from me. Esme put on such an incredible event and it was so nice to mingle with some other bloggers and enjoy a few cocktails, even though it was morning but hey I live by the motto it’s 5:00pm somewhere in the world!
After I had left the event, I had already decided that I wanted to purchase some items to wear on my wedding day. I contacted Esme to find out if this would be possible and if I could meet up with her to discuss some options. A week later and we were meeting up and having a good catch up over a coffee. She asked me what style I was going for and if I had a theme for the wedding and then she started throwing out some ideas. Before the meeting, I didn’t have a clue what I wanted to wear on my wedding day and to be honest I was quite chilled about the whole thing. The one thing I knew I wanted was 2 necklaces, as I said earlier I love layering items so this was a must have for me.
I can’t wait to show you all what I went for in the end but all in due course, I should be getting the wedding images back this week so make sure you’re following me over on Instagram as they will be posted there first. I can highly recommend Esme if you’re looking for some new accessories that are personal to you and one of a kind. She really does listen, gives the best advice and is super talented.
