How To Choose The Perfect Prints For Your Home

Choosing your wall prints and creating galleries is the perfect touch to any home whether that’s the living room, hallway or bedrooms. I have been on the lookout for some time now to find the perfect prints for our bedroom as we’re currently doing a refurb in our apartment. I am honoured to be working with the lovely team at Poster Store on this collaboration and all the following prints have been gifted.

I think Gareth will agree that I’m one of the fussiest people around and I want to make sure that we invest in pieces that we are going to love forever. We decided to have a wall gallery placed above the bed in our bedroom and we went for a black & white theme as I’m always changing the colour scheme and to be quite honest I have a major love for black and white photography. I just feel it looks so arty and chic.

Vintage Camera Poster

We decided to go for the 50x70cm image with the black wooden frame and I just love it so much. I love the quirky and arty feel to the print and to be quite honest, I would love a similar style to include in my hallway gallery. It has such a retro vintage feel and would suit any room within your house, flat, apartment etc. It also comes in a matte finish, which I’m just obsessed with.

Surfer on The Beach Poster

There’s just something so beautiful about the ocean and I find it so relaxing. As I have mentioned in the past, I was raised in the Canaries and although I used to dress like a typical Surfer girl, I never actually knew how to surf. When I lived in Australia, I took part in my first surf lesson and I sucked so badly. I hear it does take time though but I’m literally so impatient and I don’t live the near ocean so, that would be a bit of a pain. I ordered the 21x30cm with the black wooden frame and absolutely love it.

Palms Poster

I’m a sucker for a palm tree, I just can’t get enough. As you can imagine, growing up in the Canaries, this was part of my childhood so whenever I see a palm tree it just takes me back. I knew that I needed this palm tree print to be part of the gallery. I went for the same size as the Vintage Camera poster and it was such a great choice. The wall gallery wouldn’t be the same without it!

Feelings Poster

Carrying on with the ocean theme, I decided that it would be really nice to have a positive quote on the bedroom wall and as soon as I saw this print on the website, I knew that it had to be part of the gallery. I went for the same size as the Surfer Girl poster and I feel it fits in perfectly.

All in all, I’m over the moon with my prints and so is Gareth. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
