Did you miss me?

Did you miss me? It’s been months since my last post and let me tell you, it’s been a busy few months to say the least but I am so happy to be back writing and sharing with you everything that I have recently been up to. I joined a new company back in March and since then, my social channels and blog have kind of taken a back seat but wow, I have really missed it! Even though blogging might not be as big as it used to be, I still love reading people’s blogs and I hope you still enjoy reading mine.

So let’s catch up shall we 🙂

Like I said, back in March, I joined a new company and I am thoroughly enjoying my new job as I am back in social media. Gareth and I also finally got to take our trip to Barbados! If you remember we actually won it back in 2019 and was meant to go in 2020 and as you can imagine, we were pretty excited to be actually going this year and it was pretty incredible (full blog post coming soon). We also went to visit some friends in Cambridge which was my first time in this beautiful city and certainly not the last and I have recently just come back from Dubai with work. I honestly can’t wait to share with you what I got up to in Dubai – it was epic!

We also went camping – yep, you read that right and I am fully converted, more on that to come (watch this space) and we explored the beautiful beach of Flamborough Head.

In terms of content and my social channels, they are still there but as we know with Instagram and the constant algorithm updates, it’s been a tough ride but it is Autumn after all and it’s one of my favourite seasons to create content. Roll on pumpkin spice lattes, Autumnal fashion, the changing colours of the trees and cosy nights in at home. I might be a little late to the game this year but trust me, it’s coming 🙂

There is also the social platform of TikTok which I am still trying to figure out, I’m not entirely sure if it’s for me or not yet but I am going to give it a good go and show more of my personality on the platform so watch this space and if you are on TikTok, my handle is @doorwaysanddresses if you would like to come over and say hello.

I have so much to catch you up on from my new fashion pieces to my latest skincare routines and of course my latest travels 🙂
