Re-Decorating With Desenio

Today, we talk through why it was time to add a little pop of colour in our kitchen and how we’re in the process of re-decorating our second room. We are currently renting our city centre apartment and our kitchen definitely has that rustic feel but we felt that it just needed a little pop of colour to really make come to life. We decided to go for the ‘I Bought You Lemons’ print along with the ‘Garden Oranges’ poster and we placed the ‘Moka Espresso’ print within the middle to give it a little more contrast. We chose 30×40 for all these prints, along with the white picture frame. We couldn’t decide if we wanted to have a gallery wall or to keep it simple, so choose 3 of our favourite images in the end as we decided on the more minimal look. I am so happy with how the kitchen looks and it’s now one of my favourite places in the apartment.

We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and within these last few months we turned our second room into an office, however, we have decided that although we want this room to remain an office, we also want to turn it into a guest room when people stay over. We are in the process of re-decorating this room and decided to choose a few prints that would really work well within this space. Desenio have such a beautiful collection of prints and it took us a while to go through them all, until we eventually decided on the ‘Parked Bicycle’ print and the ‘Smoking in Paris’ print both in 30×40 size and this time we went for the black picture frame.

I am definitely going to add a few more prints to this room but for now I feel like it’s super chic and stylish.
